We purchase the 2-10 Warranty for our homes because of the confidence we have in our product. This is a 10 year, transferable warranty, backed by an independent insurance company. Separate from your homeowner’s insurance, a home warranty covers major systems and equipment in your home that malfunction or break due to normal use. DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY REQUEST?
We contract with Cascade Builder Services to facilitate the requests. You will have experienced working with them on your walk through when moved into your home. We will insure that your request gets completed in a timely manner. Follow these instructions to begin your request:
1. Warranty requests are accepted at 60 days and 11 months after your closing date unless you’re experiencing an emergency. Login by clicking here
2. Click the “Warranty” tab at the top of the page
3. Click the “New Claim” button to start your submission
4. Fill out the “Category”, “Brief Description”, “Priority” and “Full Description” fields for each warranty item. You may also attach photos if desired.
